They were opening up campuses in every village. They flooded the market with graduates without asking themselves where those graduates would go. They wasted a whole generation. Let’s watch as those campuses close one by one.
wacha watu wasome.
Mjinga wewe, inakuuma sana watu wakisoma mbwa hii. I would rather live in a society full of half baked unemployed graduates than a society of superstitious & illiterate bonobos. Na ulienda shule kweli kipii?
Ulitombwa mkia jana vizuri?
Wekesa ati mshuto zako hunuka kama tarimbo ya mkamba mjinga @chap
Nothing as bad as an uneducated society. Ingia hapo YouTube uone vile wasee wa Papua New Guinea wanaishi ka savages.
world bank iko na solution. very soon mkenya yyote amequalify kusoma university atakuwa analipiwa fee halafu analipa for the next 40 years.
Mzazi hatakuwa able kulipa fees direct kwa university ata kama ako na uwezo, kila student atasoma na loan kutoka kwa parasitic owners of capital wa western countries.
It’s unrealistic to expect free education at university level. Someone has to pay. Even if the government pays, it’s tax payers money. Basi how will they account for rising education costs without raising taxes.
Universities have to do staff audits, some of them have very many employees with huge perks and the revenue streams cannot even sustain them.
Hakuna free education.
You know that the world bank is a lender of the last resort. That means all other lenders hawataki stori zako. So they give you a high interest rates ya kifo. If you listened to Ruto closely the last week, he pointed to this fact that interest rates to Kenya were at a minimum 17% plus points. This means your loan doubles every ~5 years.
Truth is Kenya has to borrow to survive. Hiyo salary yako ya county haiwezi fika if Kenya didn’t borrow in the last 3 months. We are net consumers, not producers. World Bank inasaidia, but you have to heed to certain concessions and it’s understandable.
Global Education Reforms Movement (GERM) washaa land Kenya
look at CBC and the people behind it(British Council)
upumbavu lazima iondolewe, watoi wa @PHARMACY lazima wakuwe literate

No it wasn’t. Sending students to private universities was the wrong move.
Kibaki had good intentions but this policy fell fault on its face

Actually Kenya is now going the Nigeria way. The satellite campus were not adequately equipped to offer quality education. Nilishangaa Sana kuskia people are doing bachelor of science in nursing through online. Hata our health cs alifanya pharmacy through online tutorial.
The quality of education is so substandard that we end up producing half baked graduates. The only desire they have is the easy way out to success. Anyway it’s an element they have adopted from school, you study nursing online, you sleep with your lecturer to give you a pass, you bribe your lecturer to approve your theses. So what happens after graduation? You become a washwash.
In Nigeria the people who are doing illegal oil refinery are young graduates
