Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. If William Ruto has done such things, and even what Matiangi predicted about crooks, Kenya must suffer the consequences or lose the country like Mexico and the drug problem or like some states in South America/Caribbean.
Otherwise, apart from election related violence, corruption,hostile groups like Alshaabab, Cattle rustlers and Oromo Liberation front which occasionally crosses into Kenya, the only issue with a capacity to cause war is the maritime boundary with Somalia.
The then CS Rachael Omamo once said countries have gone to war on much lesser issues, sembuse the maritime.
Museveni is aware of what’s not seen in public on that matter.
