In what non-arid county could I get land for less than Sh1M per acre.

5 Acres for Sh5M or less ?

All counties except Nairobi have land fitting that criteria.

kakamega

2 years ago bought this land at 450k lakin ni 4.5acres, less than a km to the beach. Ningekwambia uende kilifi mashinani lakin watu walierevuka na utapewa allotment letter pia juu hawana title deed

What?! I can get an acre of land for less than a million in Murang’a county?

Aongeze kakitu and he will get pale kakamega, transnzoia and even bungoma

Non-arid?

Wow. Apparently not. Land is that expensive in Muranga? Wow.
Kajiado, Machakos, Makueni, Kilifi, Lamu, Narok, Migori, Kakamega, Kwale, Taita Taveta,

Yes. But not near the town. With tea or coffee…2-3m per acre

In Kisumu by the lakeside, I bought 3 acres with one end touching the water at 500K last year… Cost inluded survey and titling.

Muranga ya huko ithanga utapata, bordering Kakuzi and Delmonte, a good bet it is, for Thika is expanding that way.

Enda kimuka, saigeri, suswa areas behind ngong hills… If you talk to the right people even lipa pole iko kwa maasais with 4k acres plus (na sio mmoja). Hata hiyo unauliza ni kidogo sana. Its semi arid but watu wanachimba dams or borehole

I’m looking for a similar profile, which area of kilifi would you recommend?

Is this in Kisumu proper, I would expect it to be much higher

Transnzoia land imepanda sana in recent years.

Nyandarua and Nyahururu in the remote areas kwa kichaka. Super green. Those are areas where you can even settle ASAP village life. Don’t be flashy though.
However, Nyandarua can get pretty cold.

@ChifuMbitika zile land za nanyuki ziko ama ulisha uza? Hapa kuna mteja…

Jamaa akuje hapa Laikipia atapata one acre at Ksh350000

Kuanzia Chumani kuenda malindi

Dont buy lands past matsangoni na Gede apo utauuziwa govt land

An acre!!! 350k?
