Harassment but Kenyan MOFOS cheer such online
kenyans wamekuwa weak nowadays. we can’t all laugh on the same joke… Kuna wale wanapenda pain for jokes, cartoon for jokes etc. let them be!
Hio nugu ya camera ikijaribu hio upusi kwangu naweza mpiga teke ya Roberto Carlos ajipate amevuka street.
me taking your photograph while you are in a PUBLIC PLACE is NOT harassment.
Huyo akijaribu Kwangu I will make sure amevaa denture for the rest of his life. Nasindilia right Kwa hii mdomo. Amezee Meno.
Taking a photograph of me without my consent is harassment. If I am not taking a photo of me, why should you?
aende ajaribu kwa akina @uwesmake na kaligraph jones 1960
People should be allowed to carry weapons in public
On the second video, that is just pure acting…not unless the camera man is invisible
your rights end where mine begin. my rights begin in public places. if you are in a pubic space, sijakuguza na siku stalk naweza piga picha za kitu yoyote yenye nataka.
the only LEGAL limitations are in the operationalisation of the Protected Areas Act -zile notice zenye wewe huona kwa barracks, places kama times tower, statehouse …etc.
picha in public places napiga kupiga.
ps
Now, if I USE those photos for adverts etc that is a different issue. But let us not be confused about whether anyone can take photos of anything in public places or not.
Hawa majamaa lazma hupatana na watu wabaya but the difference ni kua izo videos hawaupload
