Alafu kuna mtu ataoa slay queen wakutwerk
Even right here in Kasongo nation
What about the kids?
@Maize_Combuster does not care about his demented mother either. Usiende mbali sana.
Mwenye hajawahi ibiwa ndio anaweza onea gondi huruma. Kuna siku nilikutana na chupa za mzinga zimejaa maji but bado ziko kwa box kwa counter yangu nikasema wakenya are naturally born thieves. Another time kwenda kuchua stock ya kitchen, napata hesabu ya kuku haingiani mayai na maziwa zimepotea halafu purchases za groceries haiziingiani na level of activity. Na wenye kufanya hivyo bado wanaexpect salaries end month Na hawataki ichelewe hata Na siku moja. Ogopa sana gondis. Ngojea wajuaji wakuje na theories za internal controls and supervision to counter sisi wenye tuko kwa ground.
I am an orphan wewe msenge.
I agree lakini healthcare US has become too expensive. It’s the insurance companies and big pharma that continue to make money. Haha you guys don’t remember that guy Luigi Mangione who assasinated the CEO of some insurance company?
Unajua US sio kama Kenya ati you can get medication ya 500 bila insurance because you’ve been subsidized by crooked orgs like USAID. Utapata some useless medicine going for $3000 bila insurance alafu unapata ukiwa na insurance ni $15. There’s collusion between insurance companies and big pharma.
Sheria ni sheria
This is exactly why hufai kupitishia mfanyikazi casual salo ya 20k juu either way the idiots will steal from you. Hizo low salaries hukuwa zimefactor ile wizi watafanya juu lazima waibe.
even here they dont care
Yeah but your employer pays $1000 per month for that insurance. They really are paying for the medication because they present 5,000 employees, most of whom don’t file any claims. Wewe jaribu kununua hiyo insurance utashangaa. It will cost you $2k a month. There’s nothing for free.
@applebee100
with a lot of co pay
It’s not $2k a month. I live here too and pay my for my own insurance plan because I’m not a wage slave. It’s not $2k lol.
You can’t get the employer type PPO for less than $2k a month. Yes you have private insurance, but it’s not 80/20, $500 deductible, uncapped limit, etc etc. Yako at the minimum is a high deductible plan probably 5k, which is capped on spending. Jikute na cancer, after 8 months, insurance imeisha. Uko back to square zero.
We take care of our parents to the last minute hapa Kenya , labda shiny eyes have the above behaviour especially the men
Story fake ghasia
Big pharma is a scapegoat. The real cost of Healthcare in the US is the doctors who are the highest paid in the world. But Americans want their doctors to be highly paid, so it’s a catch 22
