Impact of Covid 19?

This month, very many of my neighbors have shifted. Houses are vacant all over. Could this be the impact of covid-19 and the global recession? Nothing has changed to justify their decisions to shift. Maji iko sawa, security is tight, nobody’s house has been broken into but right now the number of vacant houses in the estate is the highest I have ever seen since I moved here. Kenyans will finally learn to keep distance? I’m hoping that the days of Kenyans being thisclose to each other in queues mpaka mtu anabreath hot air kwa sura yako are over. I think post Covid, things will still remain more cautiously distant…The other is biz investments. People are loosing so much money right now which is absolutely horrible but ppl also generally have leverage to make strategic investments during a crisis. I think any serious Kenyan starting a biz during this crisis will have opportunities that weren’t avail to most so I’m curious to see how this evolves.
