lakini hawa western countries huwa na reasoning ingine funny sana, they have a chance of letting in well screened immigrants from the poor countries, well educated, in good health, morals that align to their societies and yet they still cheza pata potea na those they let in, eti lottery, just charge people a premium and screen them proper.
