Somalis started going to the Scandinavian countries during Said Barre’s time. Those kids that are problematic right now are pure Scandinavians of African heritage. They were born there, schooled there, and are living there as complete citizens of those countries by birth if the constitutions of those countries allowed it. That’s why it is going to be very difficult to deal with them. Ati being given $34k to leave a country that offers me more than I bargained for? Kwani mimi ni kichaa!
Ask around; those Somalis in those countries don’t do much. They basically just live on welfare. The few who decided to work towards something are mostly taxi drivers and such small-time jobs. There are those who take the opportunity seriously and work after schooling properly. but that does not augor well with most of them because Scandinavian countries tax their citizens heavily. Very heavily. There’s no loophole for the rich to evade tax unlike the western nations and the US. Scandinavian countries are the truly developed nations that take care of everyone fairly well. So Somalis take advantage of the system because they know they can slack but will still be taken care of by the system.
Something will give in the near future and things will change for them to their detriment.

When somali collapsed in 1991 after Said Barre was overthrown millions of somali refugees fled to Europe, US and even Kenya. Kenya alone took in 1.5 million refugees. In the US many were resettled in Minnesota.
Let us sell and promote the sweetness of europe to them. There is no need for them to come here.
