There are two types of bankruptcy petitions. By the debtor or by a creditor or creditors wenye wametosheka na upuss ya kutolipa madeni

One of the ways is basically presenting a list of your creditors and amounts owed and a list of your assets… plus a few other things… to the AG’s. Its one of the ways of instituting bankruptcy proceedings. But it is not the only way.
