A few days ago a friend sent me a link to the Steve Harvey show.ln the clip Steve Harvey claims he has been to African for couple of times and his dream is to help Africa as Country improve it’s infrastructure.
At this day and age it’s tragic that someone who claims to hv visited Africa still thinks Africa is country.for those who hv been lucky to travel abroad what was you experience when you mentioned your country of origin.
I was at Nairobi Hospital this week in the physio section when a white lady threw a tantrum in the hydro-pool saying she didn’t want to share it with other patients because she didn’t want to catch AIDS.
I will throw this little fact in the open. Some westerners are very intelligent. However, most are as ignorant as it gets. In fact it is mental suicide to try arguing with an idiot from those places. It makes our very own idiots seem to have astronomical intelligence.
First, the hydro-pool is usually shared by different patients even in the US (which where she is from apparently) so it doesn’t even make sense that she thinks she should be in there alone for whatever reason. Second, they always check to make sure that all patients undergoing that therapy do not have open wounds or sore or whatevs before they enter the thing. Third, I just can’t with that bisch!
There are times I wish I was so very far away in places where Kenya is even nonexistent to the residents! Like when we are bombarded with so negative news of corruption, impeachments, etc!
Well the Americans I can understand their ignorance but right here in Africa especially the Southern Africa Region.
A general large part of the population both white and black have no idea where another African countries physical location are especially is if its out of the SADC region.
I have had many conversations of which they refer to other African countries as "Africa"o_O and I be like "Where do u think you are ??? Tatooine ?
Anyway last month my workmates husband got a job in Guinea Bissau and they had to move.
So her peers come together to have a surprise “cooking party” to teach her how prepare a meal with as little ingredients as possible.
Reason shes going to “Africa” na hakuna chakula huko o_O btw ni wazungu.
It really makes me appreciate our Kenya’s Primary and Secondary educational system teaching widely in matters of geography and history.
