There is a tech female entrepreneur from one of the Scandinavian countries. I saw her video and she was saying she cannot work with women. She tried but it was just too much work and issues. She openly told a feminist conference she preferred working with men due to productivity.

Women have their issues as do men. Your inability to adapt says more about you than them. Mchagua jembe si mkulima. You can work with Satan himself or herself if you have the mettle but if you are too weak to work with any and everyone, that is you. You have to toughen up. Work with what you got and subdue it.

problem with most women in tech I have worked with is they have the academic qualifications for the job but when it comes to actual work most don’t want to learn new tech stacks, they hate code reviews, they don’t adhere to standard practices and a whole lot of incompetence all round.
so if you are good at what you do unajipata optimizing code bases, updating deprecated modules, picking up slack all ontop of whatever is in your JD.
Then startups are good for young guys ju you get to fit in many organisational roles but for such a guy itakuwa ni kubeba startup mzima.
