so phone yangu imepoteza icons ya applications, like my camera icon imepotea kwa home screen. folder ilikuwa na apps ka Gmail, YouTube, app store pia imepotea. any help restoring them?

You have added two new home screens. Just scroll (swipe) to the left and you will find them in one of the screens. It is these new screens that are blank.

icons ziko kwa hiyo screen bado ziko, but zenye zilikuwa kwa hii nimewaonyesha ndio zimepotea. Niko worried may be itaruka kwa hizo screens zingine.

Nani si you tap on your app launcher go to the apps drawer. Long press an app icon and it will give you options of returning it to the home screen. No so freaking hard.

Otherwise sisi huwa hatutumii stock launcher. Go to playstore download Nova Launcher or Action Launcher 3. These two app launchers have way better customisation options. This is the beauty of Android. Wacha kukufa na stock launcher ni kama unatumia iPhone
Screen 2 kuna folder called tools. Check what’s inside that folder. Check other folders too
