According to a White House insider who is deeply involved in talks with U.S. trading partners, Donald Trump’s tariff threats are not to be taken seriously because they are just a “theatrical show” being put on by the attention-obsessed president.

According to a report from Politico, as Trump’s 90-day window on getting trade deals done before onerous tariffs are put in place looms, there is no real urgency at the White House which has negotiators and even some White House staff taking a dim view of the proceedings.

“It’s all fake. There’s no deadline. It’s a self-imposed landmark in this theatrical show, and that’s where we are.”
But meanwhile, the reality of all this IS higher prices, fewer products on shelves, and less money in YOUR pocket.
If it’s all a game, why are the American People the losers in it?

Politico’s Daniel Desrochers and Megan Messerly are reporting, “Foreign officials, trade experts, lawmakers and even some White House allies have expressed a nihilistic view of the July deadline, questioning whether a deal with the Trump administration means anything at all given the president’s penchant for using tariffs as leverage to get his way.”

After noting Trump himself was wavering this past week when he told reporters, "We could extend it, we could make it shorter. I’d like to make it shorter,” one insider offered a candid assessment about what is really going on.

“Trump knows the most interesting part of his presidency is the tariff conversation,” they admitted. “I find it hard to believe he’s going to surrender it that easily. It’s all fake. There’s no deadline. It’s a self-imposed landmark in this theatrical show, and that’s where we are.”

Trump’s FBI says Epstein had no client list — A Blatant Cover Up after Trump was accused of being on it

Trump’s administration has concluded that infamous pedophile Jeffrey Epstein did not, in fact, have a client list, after Trump himself was accused of being on it.

Elon Musk accused Trump of being on the Epstein list at the height of their infighting following a blow-up over the so-called “big, beautiful” bill.

According to an Axios report, “President Trump’s Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a ‘client list’ or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios.”

“The administration is releasing a video — in both raw and ‘enhanced’ versions — that it says indicates no one entered the area of the Manhattan prison where Epstein was held the night he died in 2019,” Axios reported. “The video supports a medical examiner’s finding that Epstein committed suicide, the two-page memo claims.”

The outlet went on to say it “matters” because, “The findings represent the first time Trump’s administration has officially contradicted conspiracy theories about Epstein’s activities and his death — theories that had been pushed by the FBI’s top two officials before Trump appointed them to the bureau.”

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi on Friday said the Jeffrey Epstein client list is “sitting on my desk right now” and she is reviewing the JFK and MLK files as well after President Donald Trump’s earlier directives. “It’s sitting on my desk right now to review,” Bondi told ‘America Reports’ host John Roberts on Friday. “That’s been a directive by President Trump.”–FOX News 2/21/25

Arpineh Masihi, who came to the U.S. as a toddler fleeing Iran, was taken from her home in Diamond Bar, California by immigration officers on June 30. Despite being a decades-long resident and a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, Masihi was swept up in a wave of mass detentions targeting Iranian nationals.

Her husband, Arthu Sahakyan, told local outlet Fox 11 that ICE arrived at their home (where a massive “Keep America Great” Trump flag hangs proudly out front) and took his wife into custody. Before leaving, she kissed her kids goodbye. They haven’t seen her since.

The kicker? This family isn’t just passively political, they’re full-blown MAGA diehards.

“We supported Trump in the last election,” Sahakyan said. “We gave our kids MAGA hats. We wave the flag.” And still, ICE knocked on their door.

Masihi, now in her 40s, moved to the U.S. when she was just 3 years old. But around 15 years ago, her green card was revoked due to a theft conviction, Sahakyan said. Since then, she’s been trying to regain her legal status while regularly checking in with immigration officials.

Sahakyan, while clearly missing his wife, says he still backs the crackdown. “I’m very for the U.S. vetting Iranian nationals because of the sleeper cells,” he told Fox 11. “I think it will resolve a lot of issues… even though I miss her dearly.”

As for Trump? He’s not blaming the POTUS. “Trump is not trying to do anything bad,” Sahakyan said, per PEOPLE. “He wants the best for the country. I’m just trying to make the best of it.”

Masihi, meanwhile, is reportedly being transferred to a different detention facility, and admitted over the phone that she’s growing worried about her future in the country she’s called home for nearly her entire life.

“I’m on the list to be going to a different facility,” she said tearfully during a call with Fox 11.

Despite it all, Sahakyan isn’t backing down. While friends have begged him to take the Trump flag down, he’s not budging.

“I’m still supporting Trump,” he said. “Even though my friends say, ‘Take the flag down, you’re going through a lot,’ I’m like, ‘No, the flag stands.’”

Trump’s MAGA base descended into furor after Attorney General Pam Bondi closed the Jeffrey Epstein case and said there was no “client list” that would be released. This came months after Trump hosted a right-wing influencer event where he gave out binder copies of the “Epstein Files.”

Trump defended the FBI on Monday in a post on the social network that he owns, Truth Social, following uproar from the MAGA faithful.

In his post, Trump said the FBI is going “back to the basics” by focusing on street-level crime

“We have the Greatest Law Enforcement professionals in the World, but “Politics” and Corrupt Leadership often prevented them from doing their job,” the post reads in part. “That is no longer the case, and now, they have been unleashed to do their jobs, and they are doing just that.”

The Epstein files have been a central part of the second Trump administration. On one hand, the administration said it would release the files to maintain its brand as the “most transparent administration in history.” On the other hand, the files have been a source of consternation because of Trump’s close relationship with Epstein.

A lot of the fury from the MAGA faithful was directed at FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino. Both men talked about Epstein’s past as a financier and a sex trafficker while they were private citizens, yet they signed off on a conclusion from both the Department of Justice and the FBI that said Epstein had no client list to make public.

Both Patel and Bongino also questioned the narrative about how Epstein died. However, they also approved of a statement saying that Epstein’s death was a suicide, which contradicted their previous statements as private citizens.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt was slammed online for suggesting that the horrific flooding in Texas, which killed over 94 people, including at least 28 children, was an “act of God.”

In doing so, she failed to acknowledge the Trump administration’s gutting of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the National Weather Service (NWS), which were reportedly understaffed and underfunded when disaster struck. A reporter called the Trump administration out during a press briefing at the White House on Monday, hosted by Leavitt.

“Trump is blaming God now,” one user wrote. Another added: “The more she denies it, the more it seems like it’s kinda the admins fault, An act of God who is obviously not happy about the worship of false idols.”

Another chalked the comment up to a failure of the administration to once again blame the Biden administration for the disaster, which the Trump administration has done in the past. “They couldn’t blame Biden for this one so they blamed God,” one user wrote.

Yet others commented on the insurance fiascos that followed the deadly weather event, stating that most insurance companies wouldn’t accept an “act of God” as a reason to pay up.

“Is it only acts of God when it hits red states?” one user demanded. Another was quick to redirect the blame on the Trump administration and the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which effectively gutted the workforce at the NWS and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which predict and warn residents about major weather phenomena like the storms that battered Texas over the weekend.

FEMA also had its funds slashed as part of those cuts, resulting in fewer dollars being available to assist with search and recovery efforts and rebuilding after the disaster passed.

“An ‘act of god’ that will keep happening due to Trumps gutting of NOAA. Guaranteed,” that user wrote.

Trump has a stage 5 freakout and lashes out during a Cabinet meeting after a reporter asks him about his former pedophile friend Jeffrey Epstein, calling the question a “desecration.”

Trump and Bondi

MAGA world is finally on to him and Trump is sweating bullets…

“Umm, your memo and release yesterday on Jeffrey Epstein left some lingering mysteries. One of the biggest ones is whether he ever worked for an American or foreign intelligence agency,” said the reporter.

“The former Labor Secretary who was Miami U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta, he allegedly said that he did work for an intelligence agency,” he continued. “So can you resolve whether or not he did and also can you say why there’s a minute missing from the jailhouse tape?”

“Yeah sure—” began Attorney General Pam Bondi, the woman who previously claimed that the Epstein client list was sitting on her desk for review. Over the weekend, a memo from Justice Department leaked which claimed that there was no client list, no evidence that Epstein blackmailed powerful people, and no reason to believe that he was murdered.

“Can I just interrupt for one second?” interjected Trump. “Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein? This guy’s been talked about for years. You’re asking— We have Texas. We have this. We have all of the things— And are people still talking about this guy? This creep?”

Trump called Epstein a “terrific guy” in 2002 and said that he’d “known Jeff for 15 years.”

“That is unbelievable. Do you want to waste the time on— Do you feel like answering?” a flustered Trump asked Bondi.

“I don’t mind answering,” said Bondi.

“I mean I can’t believe you’re asking a question on Epstein at a time like this where we’re having some of the greatest success and also tragedy with what happened in Texas,” said Trump, who is directly responsible for the flash flooding deaths because he cut funding for the National Weather Service.

“It just seems, uh, like a desecration but you go ahead,” Trump added.

To put it mildly, this was not a calm and collected response from Trump. If Epstein really had no connections to intelligence and no blackmail material on him, it would have been a simple matter for the president to answer the reporter’s questions. Instead, he went on the attack and struggled to get his words out.

Bondi attempted to explain the missing minute in the 11 hours of footage released by the Justice Department which purportedly shows the outside of the cell where Epstein allegedly killed himself. The time stamp appears to skip from 11:58 PM to midnight, which some observers have suggested could have been enough time for a killer to enter and leave the cell unnoticed.

“The video was not conclusive, but the evidence prior to it was showing he committed suicide,” said Bondi.

“And what was on that, there was a minute that was off the counter and what we learned from the Bureau of Prisons is every year, uh every night, they redo that video,” she went on. “It’s old from like 1999. So, every night the video is reset and every night should have the same minute missing.”

“So we’re looking for that video to release that as well, showing that a minute is missing every night. And that’s it on Epstein,” she added.

As always when discussing Trump and Epstein, it must be noted that the president’s former ally Elon Musk alleged that Trump “is in the Epstein files” and claimed that it’s “the real reason they have not been made public.”
