Nikafurahi rahirahi juu this is hope. These court case laden investors of cytonn have nyakuad 1000 acres to invest in some city.
It may not happen in the next 2-3 years but hii ilinijazz sana. Which means ploti yangu iko na hope.
Iko hapo mutungoni Road

Huko ndio wapi Boss? Start securing your parcel because brokerss and grabbers will soon land there, if they haven’t already

The good thing about cyton is that before they break ground, they must have secured a financier or a syndicated group of several investors. Then after as construction continues they push the sales of unit to sell it out. This ensures them and investors get their return of investment quicker and the project is done in the shortest period possible. They have bought the land for this New Town city but they haven’t got the financier yet. That is why there is no groundbreaking yet. Amara Ridge and Situ village are sold out but they are now also re-sale so units for their customers/investors. The problem right now is they have spread themselves too thin such that their balance sheet is stretched. They need to build up their reserves.

soon it will be a buroti magutamaguta

That’s what I was thinking. Tena wakianza kuweka tarmac.
Ni the same place as the leather city industry thing gava inataka kuamsha. Place is called kinanie.

From your insight, kuna possibilities of financing? Alafu, leather city imefika wapi? What’s the plan for tarmac?

Stupid. Toa upuzi hapa

The roads upgrade is ongoing. However nothing will commence until the affluent water treatment plant is completed.

I saw the kaplant. Sawa sawa. So hapo ndio nitadirect sewage line?

I don’t know if it be just for the leather park only or the whole area.

Picha ya fozzy na si tafadhali:D:D:eek:
