I said this when the first lady started what they call the beyond zero charity. She should have embarked on works like these. By going out huko reserves looking for poor and deserving countryside families like this one and changing their personal lives directly and forever. But she chose to appear as glamorous as her peers. Speak about where you come from, hapa kwetu the beyond zero vehicle is quite essential in health campaigns and acts as mobile clinic. The MOH has a travelling timetable at all hospitals, health centers, dispensaries, clinics and Chiefs camps. The benefits to grassroots communities is unquantifiable.
