check out Bigwig PC. They make custom computer systems. They’ll also guide you through your project.

What kind of form factors are they? SAS, SATA, IDE, etc.?
If they are enterprise class drives, you may need a backplane for attachment.
If cosumer drives, you may need a special build PC and use storage spaces, or try network attached storage devices like DROBO/Synology etc.
You’ll need something that offers good RAID redundancy lest you risk some catastrophic data loss.
