“Muthoni” wi mwega?
Simiyu ni baluhya.
Yes. But Muthoni is Gikuyu, ama ni aje? She is Muthoni… Simiyu must be the husband.
Doesn’t matter. A woman “belongs to where she is married”.
Simiyu could be her dad.
She is Muthoni… Muthoni is Kikuyu…

“KRA exceeds its revenue target by Sh149bn | Business Daily” https://www.businessdailyafrica.com/bd/economy/kra-exceeds-its-revenue-target-by-sh149bn-3872132
Yes… But at what cost for a developing nation? Do you know how many fellows are in hospital because of KRA matters?
KRA hawana wizi… only corrupt dealings… I do not think much will change… Money is directly stolen on the expenditure side of the balance sheet…so it is between treasurer and the top spenders especially roads/ infrastructure, water, etc…KRA is on the income side and they only share small part as they collect… like Zakayo…
So a developing country should not collect tax and people in developing countries shouldn’t pay tax?
I did not say that… but you cannot totally copy the methods from developed nations on the collection side and then apply the controls of a banana republic on the expenditure side!
Apana tetea hao wakora buana
That is why we have the peoples representatives in Parliament and the auditor general to keep an eye on the tax collected to ensure its not misused.
Ours is a case where KRA almost wants to put sensors inside each taxpayer to monitor tax compliance and then the expenditure side is given leeway to misuse more than 50% of the tax collected… My problem is actually on this disparity…
Uwesmake alisema 99% of children in Central born in the 70s and 80s have luhya genes…
:D:D:Dleta hekaya…KRA iliwafanyia aje?
I have posted all my ordeals with Githii Mburu’s KRA on this forum many many times! Hebu search!
