I have a situation whereby my cousin was booked for a traffic offense to appear in court for changing lanes at the roundabout and causing obstruction but he decided not to honour the surmon. What are the implications of his actions as I guess the next time my car is spotted on the roads it might be impounded for ujinga yake.
