Universe will never end.
My friend, at this very second we are talking the universe is expanding at a rate you cannot even comprehend. What I think you mean is the end of planet earth. Everything that has a beginning has an end. The sun will one day go supernovae and take the earth with it and that’s how I believe the world will come to an end.
But not before we have a closing credit where names of every individual who ever lived on this planet will burst out of the earth going into the sky, in a Star Wars manner. True story. No lies.

When you find yourself suddenly walking down a beautiful green valley full of the scent of wild flowers and the sounds of distant laughter and music, your universe will have ended. Don’t worry then about any other end, because you’ll be already dead, but your soul will live in that universe.
The big freeze theory is the most sensible, at least according to what is happening. The universe is currently expanding at an ever accelerated speed, courtesy of dark matter, galaxies will get further and further apart and in the long run the stars within the galaxies will follow suit. Disorder/entropy will increase as the materials from dead stars scatter and tempratures drop. There’ll be no fuel to order new stars and planets leading to an ultimate freeze, and possibly all matter will be ripped apart
Our planet will be literally roasted by the sun in it’s dying moments as it expands and begins the descent into cooling. The sun, isn’t one of the exploding kind of stars

I agree with the big freeze theory. I actually watched it on nat geo. The sun is a ball of burning gases. With time it will run out of energy and no radiation or heat will reach earth.

I’m a big fan of astrophysics and cosmology. The sun, once it depletes it’s hydrogen, will explode in about 4.5 billion years. There is actual job evidence showing stars exploding and others forming. So in about 4.5 billion years, the earth will be done.
A probable theory has been that other universes have always existed prior to out own. Some of the massive blacks holes that we see are remnants of dead universes! This is according to winners of the Nobel Prize winners in physics; Andrea Ghez, Reinhard Genzel and Roger Penrose. Building on their theory, one day our universe will collapse under it’s own but will come back to live as a new universe through big bang. Implication? The universe or universes will exist for eternity.
