how people end up in river yala

What the client should have done is made a contract with small payments. Each time a payment is made, check with developer to see if they received.

There is no such thing as a decent lawyer.

-Tariq St. Patrick (Power book II Season 2 episode 10).

Lawyers ni wezi sugu. They also stiff people who win a lawsuit against a company. If company deposits money to the lawyers account hiyo story inaishia hapo. Hapa ni risasi walai. 18M? Shilingi moja moja milioni kumi na nane?

Na hawa thieving kaleos ndio mnataka kupea sirikali? Hasla mwenyewe anatafutwo na interpol due to stolen taxpayer billions.

PLO Lumumba looks like a decent lawyer and also those lawyers in civil society

Nelson MHavi akiwa LSK hizi ndio pesa za wizi from thug advocates alikuwa anakula aki divert kesi zao .

@Kalenjin101 hamukutosheka kuiba na Moi

Maboy wa mlimani…we used to call him Amgei growing up and we always used to believe he was related to the late mzee moi, of which I think he does kwa sababu pesa na connections nazo walikua nazo. Akitembea alikua anabounce ni kama anaruka bana…ile confidence yenye pesa tu ndio inaeza kupea. His younger bro ndio agemate wangu but yeye alienda states kusoma straight from highschool…pesa walikua nazo na bado wako nazo sijui mbona anaiba

Kabisa Prof. Naona unamtambua vizuri. He still goes by the same name within his inner-circle. Pia uli grow up hapo milimani/Naks ama nini prof. That’s my neighbourhood too.

This sums it up. Confidence knowing that you’re dealing with a moneyed guy who would not cross deal you.

We stayed in mlimani close to the golf club very briefly after moving from freehold before we permanently settled in kiamunyi. Hapo milimani you always felt like an impostor:D…kila boma iko na GK bana na kila teenager anajua kuendesha gari isipokua wewe:D:D
Back then nakuru was a very small town na tulijuana sisi wote born 80s so I probably know you. Also tukiwa primo my kale friends would take me to their relatives houses for birthdays huko milimani thats how I met the likes of Amgei…the whole top civil servants including cabinet ministers, heads of parastatals and the 8 PCs and a number of DC’s either stayed in kilimani or kiamunyi…Nairobi homes were just temporary homes…nashuku your parents were also top civil servants. When did they ever work because I remember these guys would troop to nakuru every Thursday and leave on Mondays…ilikua lazima wafuate mzee moi akikam nakuru.
I did my kcpe and scored very good marks nikaenda to a very good national school…a week later GK vehicles zikaanza kuingia zikileta all those kalenjin friends who had less than 400 marks…yaani you have worked so hard na bado you end up at the same place na hao maninja wenye masomo imekataa na kwanza wanaletwa na their dad’s AP drivers or bodyguards sio hata na wazazi wenyewe:D The three highschools connected to Moi were so notorious for this…yetu hadi principal was Moi’s first cousin…dude embezzled funds but education officials couldn’t touch him.
Alafu shule jamaa hawakua wanajali …they were never suspended hata wakishikwa na madawa…kcse inatokea uko na A minus strong na majama wako na B minus au C+ bana…a few months later you learn that most have gone to the states…in our year alone 47 went to States for varsity…wewe ndio huyo unaomba helb hadi bursary unaingia UoN hapo tena you meet the rest of the gang who have joined via module 2 and are actually doing better degrees pale chiromo. Yaani life was rigged in their favour from the the word go! … …sai most have very good jobs hapa au majuu…others are ‘retiring’ in their mid 30s to farm on thousands of acres their fathers left them sisi tukingangana na acre kumi pale kitale. Alafu utaskia wengine wakisema ati presidency doesn’t matter! I have seen with my own eyes how the Moi presidency uplifted thousands of his tribesmen from obscurity to millionaire status…and the kids and grandkids are maintaining that status through superior education and connections…wacha hii kiti iende region ingine bana.

Mimi na pesa, I don’t i can trust advocates. mimi pesa inatoka kwangu to the right person. No middle men involved. Middle men noo

There was a case that was to effect the two-cheque system, one cheque for the lawyers fees and the other straight to the payee. These fuckers fought that case like hell. There was a time I bought a property and my financier did a cheque to the seller’s laywer. The lawyers (a partnership of a man and his wife) started taking the mzee round. I went to their offices and they chased me out. They told me to throw the mzee out of the house. I told them I ain’t going anywhere. They ended up paying the mzee less kshs. 100K and they told him to dare take them to court, they said they will make him spend all that money in court.

there is something called escrow account. Nobody can touch that money until the transfer documents are received by the purchaser or his lawyer…

Shait …umeamua kufungua roho. Are you talking about Utumishi Academy coz huko only few peasant used to join, the rest walikuwa sons of govt and military

Inaitwa tbt Thursday @Gaza made me remember the good old days pale nakuru…then it hit me that its been exactly 20years since I left high school…A good time to reflect on both my academic and career journey. Also a good time to go through whatsapp groups to find out where the rest of of class ended up ndio tujengane vizuri sasa.
Am also teaching kids in the forum how the world works…tell your nephew who just got his kcse results that despite his good grades he will still be overlooked in favour of a very average but privileged kid…so he has to work extra hard
Thirdly, vote wisely…we tend to glorify mediocre leaders who then end up screwing us up. Am sure if you asked uhunye’s classmates they would confess the dude was very average…or even below average yet we expect him to solve complex governance issues.
BTW utumishi used to be a very average national school, I hope they have improved

My company deals with such matters. Anyone who wants a customized professional hit just holla.

Goddamn’it Prof. that’s a pretty spot on description of my entire childhood and early adulthood experience. Apart of course from the intellectual capabilities part … I was always a above average kid … tho’ I wasn’t a very keen student either. Infact in high sch I switched 3 different “prominent” schools that were associated with Moi before they decided to ship my azz oversea to complete high sch. I basically grew up in Nai (upper hill) but like you said we had another home hapo milimani for school holidays and when visiting upcountry. Infact my father occupied three government houses. South B, Upper hill and Naks milimani. Which were eventually “sold” to us for dirt cheap. All those ninja’s still live in milimani coz they basically got to keep em’. You just paid less than 500k for properties that are worth ten of millions right now. Enyewe Moi alitujenga design moja wazimu. I gotta hand it to the old man … despite y’all going off the roof bout it.

Na unafanya nini Chemolingot, halafu despite all the priviledges that you had bado unasumbua watu wa Laikipia.Karma is watching you.Are you Sadalla?he lived such a life hizo enzi

Low IQ guys like you are not wanted in such thread.

Hii yote nisha document hapa before in other threads. I’m just living my life … ma men and you have no idea what an adventure it is. Lucky for me I get to choose my own path … but I have never shyed away from the fact that I got dealt a pretty good card in life. I have had too many fuck up’s in my journey to be still standing … if I didn’t have the hand I do. Trust me.
