I only want to know roughly estemated. So lets say i wanna build 10 apartments, how much will it cost roughly thinking of stones, metal, doors, kitchen, bathroom etc etc per apartment.
And i was thinking of size between 70m2 to 80m2.

Rough estimate at Kes. 40,000 per square metre gives you Kes. 3m per apartment.

If u never build the chance is smaller that u can estimate the costs.

A car spot costs money to develop. Cost of the land it is on, concrete/material/labour, substructures if there are any. So the end user has to pay for it.
Street level parking can only work in some places. & the county governments had plans to charge for this.

Depends on a number of factors. But as a base assumption G zero is a good place for parking. Your structural engineer would have to place the columns evenly such that you can fit cars in the parking spots properly.

Im realy orientating my self. Yeah ive seen in the coast they build with these big stones (kilifi stones?).
While in nairobi they build with regular bricks.
Does that mean there are no regular bricks available in mombasa? or what is more expensive?
