I used to work for KBL around 2000 and Ngumba was a posh and clean estate in those years but I don’t know whether it got polluted by the ballooning Nairobi population

Kama huna familia, it’s cool estate but ulevi ni mingi, I once lived around that area, behind Homeland lounge.

Very nice estate…security ni mzuri and good roads hakuna dust na matope na pia hutawai kosa maji ama stima juu ya kbl… na kama wewe ni mtu wa local kuna a very good njaruo club owned by Bena inaitwa woodpecker…plays great rhumba, samaki na choma pia ni poa sana and he used to hire K.U students as waitresses…must have eaten over 10 of them ( good old days whenwe were 10yrs younger)…garden city is just 10min walk away. I had a mancave in somè new building huko 2013-17. I bedroom used to go for 25k but it had wifi, secure parking and running water na solar. Hio building ìlikua na 20 units but hakuna mtu alikua na bibi…subaru boys na umalaya tu. Rent was generally 20- 25k for a 2 bedroom but sai unaeza pata ilipanda.
