How does this work

It’s a GSM generic signal booster. I got it from Jumia last year and I don’t know how to use it. Am starting to think that it is incomplete

I think the internal unit is missing. What I can see is just the antennae and a bracket for the internal unit.

Isnt that how it comes? Unless kuna cut ama the damn thing is kaput
