I usually hesitate to run straight to antibiotics because it messes gut bacteria creates resistance if misused.

Unfortunately, most of you uneducated bonobos do not know that some drugs have multiple uses. Secnidazole is also used to treat parasites and amoeba (which causes diarrhea).

ingia mahali kuna kichaka ukate matawi ya aloe vera. The fibrous leaves are fat and edged with tiny thorns. Crush and squeeze out the juice into a glass, add warm water and down it in one gulp. It costs nothing, but you must have a high tolerance of bitter medicines.
Tip: you can sweeten it with a little honey.
Warning: you’ll soon be throwing up
