I have three characters with this behaviour. Sijui shida yao huwa nini. I never reply to such jokes to show them am not interested but mambuzi bado utuma.

Identify the culprit, if they are in a WhatsApp group put the group on Silent mode.
That way, you don’t have to hear a notification message every time they post something.
If they are not in a group, even easier…

Every time they send a joke,reply by telling then that " hii niliona". they’ll soon stop forwarding those lame jokes
