@Mikymas Huelewi ata kidogo what this is about? Willis Raburu quit mainstream media and started an events company. He organized Furaha Festival last year December where he brought Diamond Platnumz and the gig flopped. following a fight between Willy Paul and Diamond’s security team. EABL was among the sponsors..
How does he expect EABL to pay him for a flopped gig? The case law on total failure of consideration is quite well established. Raburu atanyonywa pesa na wakili alafu aambiwe alipe costs
MAN!! This is different from media. As I told @Mikymas, it has to do with Willis Raburu’s events company and EABL over Furaha City Festival which he organized last year.Shida yako hua huelewi vitu haraka..Willis left mainstream and now does events through his company Steizon Limited
Citizen TV is on Dennis Pritt road, which is off the junction of where I used to work. I used to go drink at Road House grill.. you’d think I know something about media contracts. Widely considered a women’s industry.
But this has nothing to do with Citizen TV. Wilis left citizen tv kitambo. it’s a deal between his events company and EABL over the Furaha Festival concert . You are bringing up irrelevant things
Arguments zako husinya. Do you even understand what this case is all about. There is nowhere Citizen Tv is involved.. It is a deal between his events company and EABL over the Furaha Festival which he organized last year and brought Diamond Platnumz. However, Diamond didn’t perform after his security had a scuffle with Willy Pau
There’s no case here. The judge will throw out this bullshit lawsuit in 5 minutes and jail your ass for wasting the court’s time with a frivolous lawsuit.
He used to work for them. I know he left. I too have an events company that didn’t survive coronavirus and a chips kibanda that barely did. I know everything about media, but justice still seems elusive.
