I need help signing up on VK social media .

Am currently using Pc and i keep getting this error (unable to confirm by number [5] ) whenever i try to sign up with my phone number and also it`s not giving me an option of signing up using email.

I had an account some few years ago but it seems that its non existing. I had to ask here cause maybe its a locality issue.
