Kuna mtu/client alinitenda jana, bado nafikiria jinsi ya ku revenge.Amekataa kulipa do ya mwisho after nimesha deploy the final solution to their PROD server.
Na vile nilikuwa nimepangia hiyo dooh.Na sio pesa hana…yaani ni madharau tu…ako zile za …utadooo…
Na vile nilikesha nikiandika hiyo code…is there a way to send a malware to a server located within a LAN whose firewall is not open to public…kuna wenye huwa nawachia lakini huyu hapana…
Hebu mpatie kinyambis uone kama atachange mind. Nashuku anakufrustrate ndo ugive in juu ashakusomaa akaona your gay tendencies
No homo here,am serious,am trying to build an emergency kitty ahead of August 9th election,na mtu anakataa na my hard earned money
Always develop a tendency of walking with a short Panga. You just walk to the office carrying that Panga, pesa itatoka to. That how I deal with such clients. Hapo kwa boot ya 504 haikosagi panga na rungu
And how do you get the next client ukiharibu profile, you know people talk
kama ulisign contract just sue them…DONT try to compromise their system in any way, that will be a straight ticket to jail for you… next time, don’t start working for anyone bila a signed contract with all the details…hata heri utafte lawyer to interpret it for you…
in the meantime …send them an invoice reminding them of late payment…then after a week or so send them another one letting them know that you have no choice but to involve a lawyer…this will provide grounds for suing
Doing business in Kenya requires you to be ruthless. I always ask for 50% up front and the balance paid in milestones before I release the final product…if the client doesn’t agree to those terms I cut them off no negotiating. It was a lesson learned the hard way.
@Thirimaii umenyang’angwa pesa ki utu uzima:D:D:D:D so happy to hear this. Anyway, vile umeambiwa na huyu ^^^ Elder hapa is the most logical and adult thing to do. But if you decide kaende kaende yani vawolence, I got some serious toys to deploy your malware safely. We can talk pale inbox mundu khumundu and not the gey stuff i will block you
I have a signed contract which i refer to whenever i send an email to them.
They paid me 50% upfront fee,25% upon successful deployment and testing.
hiyo ya mwisho ndio imekuwa shida.
Just got an email from them saying they need additional features which were not part of the initial requirements spec.
am telling them we need to sign off the existing contract ,then draw a post-implementation support and enhancement contract.
The two were not part of the current contract. Then wanasema niangalie kesho now am confused
