A lot of things should be scrapped off hii Kenya. The idea was good in the initial coz counties zingejisimamia na the blame of some regions ziko more developed than others based on how many of politicians come from those regions. But ukweli ni pesa sai zinaibiwa all corners in every county. Most north counties have nothing to show since 2010. Same case to western & coastal regions with the exceptions of Kisumu, kakamega & Mombasa. Uhuru had some solid fiscal discipline esp in his first term coupled with a good bunch of governors who hadn’t known how to steal. Right now, every governor and county officials are in there to steal.
