High school principals are some of the most corrupt individuals in this country. Those prados and toyota vanguards are bought using money stolen from parents and supplies. Even primary school heads of institutions are very big culprits.

Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

If you guys are thinking like this, then we have no country. Why is no one looking at another perspective? Loan, inheritance, biashara, investments, ama bibi pia ako na pesa or alishinda jackpot/lottery etc.
Not everything is shortcut and corruption.

Hujawahi sikia basi ya shule hukuja na Saloon car ya mkubwa? Before the ministry banned schools acquiring buses on hire purchase, that was the norm. Principals were fleecing parents clean na huu upuzi. I know a principal who manages more than 30m per year, what do u expect?
