How Awkward: Caught In Concert- Married To Other Peolpe!

CRINGEWORTHY footage shows the moment Coldplay’s Chris Martin accidentally exposed a tech tycoon seemingly having an affair with a colleague.

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his alleged mistress can be seen rushing to shield their faces as they flashed up on a big screen draped in each other’s arms.

As a “kiss cam” camera panned onto married Byron and his HR chief Kristin Cabot at Wednesday night’s gig in Boston, Massachusetts, frontman Martin said: “Oh look at these two.”

But Byron - who had his arms wrapped around Cabot - swiftly let go of his grip and dived behind the barrier out of view as his shocked alleged lover hid her blushing face with her hands.

Laughter erupted among the thousands packed into Gillette Stadium as Viva la Vida singer Martin quipped: “Oh what… either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy.”

According to Byron’s LinkedIn, he has been CEO of software development company Astronomer - understood to be worth more than £1 billion - since July 2023.

Cabot, meanwhile, has been the firm’s Chief People Officer for nine months and boasts on her LinkedIn that she wins “trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants”.

The mortifying footage from Wednesday night’s gig has gone viral on social media - having been shared thousands of times on X and TikTok.

Hundreds have accused Byron of cheating on his wife, and have shared support for her.

One social media user commented: “Sorry for the wife but glad they’re being exposed and embarrassed.”

Internet Detectives Wasted No Time Identifying The Husband Of Astronomer HR Boss Kristin Cabot After She Was Caught On Jumbotron Cheating With Her CEO At Coldplay Concert

The husband of the woman believed to have been caught red-handed in an affair with the CEO of her company has also been identified after cameras caught her canoodling at a Coldplay concert in Boston.

The woman, Kristin Cabot, is listed as the HR boss at Astronomer, while the man seen holding her from behind is the company’s CEO, who has been ID’d as Andy Byron.

There’s been a lot out there on Byron’s wife since the video took off on social media. But, turns out, he’s not the only married party, as Kristin is apparently in a legal partnership of her own.

Her husband is said to be one Kenneth C Thornby.

Byron has been heading Astronomer, a $1.3 billion software company, since 2023, directing its data integration tools for other large companies.

Cabot, meanwhile, has been serving as the company’s Chief People Officer, a role in which she has been building “trust with employees of all levels” (per LinkedIn) for seven months.

Eagle-eyed social media users noted she was wearing a wedding ring in photos, though her marital status hasn’t been confirmed anywhere else.

As it happens, Astromomer’s headquarters are a few hours away from the spot where the two were caught snuggling up in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

According to Astronomer, its board will begin searching for Byron’s replacement as “Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete Dejoy continues to serve as interim CEO.”

“Before this week, we were known as a pioneer in the DataOps space, helping data teams power everything from modern analytics to production AI,” the company’s statement reads. “While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not. We’re continuing to do what we do best: helping our customers with their toughest data and AI problems.”

What happened at the Coldplay concert?

On the night of July 18, Astronomer identified the couple in the video as Byron and the company’s chief people officer, The New York Times reported.

Previously, Astronomer had issued two statements on X, including that Byron had been placed on leave and the company was conducting an investigation.

Kristin Cabot, who was seen canoodling with ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, has reportedly filed for divorce following the Coldplay concert scandal.

According to TMZ, Cabot, who was the former HR of Astronomer, requested a legal separation from her husband Andrew Cabot on August 13 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In July, Cabot and Byron, who is also married, attended the Boston stop of Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour, where they were seen holding each other in an embrace.

Upon seeing themselves on camera, the two attempted to break away from each other, but it was too late, as Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin called them out. “Either they’re having an affair, or they’re just very shy,” the musician joked.

The scandal got messier from there, with both Byron and Cabot exiting the DataOps company, which announced that it was looking for a new chief executive after the video went viral. Basking in the moment, however, was Astronomer’s interim CEO Pete DeJoy, who wrote on LinkedIn that while the attention was “unusual and surreal,” the company has become a “household name.”

Also joining the chaos was Gwyneth Paltrow, who was the spokesperson of a recent Astronomer advertisement. The actor and entrepreneur may have also sought to troll Martin, who she was married to from 2003 to 2016.

“Astronomer has gotten a lot of questions over the last few days, and they wanted me to answer the most common ones,” Paltrow says in the video below.

The video repeatedly cuts to messages about the viral moment, which the actor hilariously deflected.

Woman in Coldplay cam scandal speaks out for the 1st time, says how her kids reacted

Kristin Cabot, the woman seen embracing her boss on a “kiss cam” at a Coldplay concert in July, is speaking out for the first time about the fallout from the moment and how it affected her family.

The moment between Cabot, 53, and Andy Byron, the then-CEO of the company Astronomer, became a viral TikTok video that resulted in both of them resigning from their jobs. Cabot, who filed a petition for divorce from her husband in August, told The New York Times that she and Byron had not kissed before that night at the concert.

“I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss," Cabot said. “And it’s not nothing. And I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay.”

“I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up," she continued. "But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them.”

Cabot said she was going through a separation with her husband at the time of the viral moment. She recalled how she felt when the spotlight found her and Byron at the concert, when she quickly covered her face and moved from Byron’s embrace while he tried to duck out of sight.

“I was so embarrassed and so horrified,” she said. “I’m the head of H.R. and he’s the C.E.O. It’s, like, so cliché and so bad.”

Cabot said the viral moment resulted in death threats, including one she played for her mother on speakerphone that was overheard by her children.

“They were already in really bad shape, and that’s when the wheels fell off the cart,” she said. “Because my kids were afraid that I was going to die and they were going to die.”
