Jamaa ametumia title kuchukua loan. Part 2 ya hii saga ni the bank going for the apartments because the thief will definitely default. The buyers of these so called affordable housing will be left holding the bag like a motherfucker.
I know someone is smiling all the way to the bank. That’s why I fear buying apartments however luxurious it is. In a lawless country like Kinya, you never know who is about to pull the rug from underneath your innocent ass.

Its a clever way of covering their tracks.Look at Weston hotel for example ,he takes a loan and so when an iniquiry is done its owned or bank has loan.So it cant be repossessed.All grabbed lands will take a loan as laundry mat
