House of the future.....

I watched this 3 parts series back in 2019 but i forgot to share it… but luckily today while searching for smart home tech i found it. Anyone who is looking to do a simple/ functional & affordable house you should consider this layout.

its not worth it at all, why should houses be expensive when all the materials are out there for free. instead, i would consider building a cob house. This is made from mchanga, sand and hay

How do you put this together?

You is delusional. … where in this country can you find/ afford to buy a cave that is habitable… assuming you find it i can gurantee it wont be cheap to make it habitable .

bonobo wa 8-4-4, why should you buy a cave? instead of creating one?

Hehehe… wewe at haujielewi. Creating is basically building and promise it will be more expensive than doing a normal stone and motar house. This his exactly how ppl like fuck themselves up .

Hehehe… if you think this is cheap are super delusional.

These are mbillionaires hobbies

Expert @Randy Id like you to enlighten us more on timber / bamboo homes …napenda sana wood homes

@randy,cost ya container homes iko aje compared to the stone/brick houses we know?

A 40ft container in good condition retails for btwn 340 - 350k delivered to site… you will need 4 of them to build a spacious 3bdr house which translates to 1.4m. The raised masonry base/ foundation will add up to an extra 100k na bado haujaguza container.
With 1.5 m you can have a decent 3bdr house . Alternative technology is not necessarily cheap. But if you want to be different go for it

Check out this container home…

Timber houses are supper expensive and they require constant maintenance … bamboo might be cheap but we have not fully embraced bamboo houses. Back in 2017 i met kenya forestry reps who were showcasing bamboo products/ furniture at the showground…i asked them about bamboo houses and they told me they are working on a program to promote it… i am not sure if it was bullshit but i am yet to see anything from them.
