I want to make some gains. Right now I can only benchpress a pathetic 40kg. Legpress niko poa nachapa all 113kgs. What do I do??? I want to bench press at least 70kg my body weight

Work on your full body strength as well. Don’t just leg press. Squats and deadlifts are the man makers. Then work on upper body accessory exercises. Dumbell presses, dips, flyes etc.
