I have come across a case where a lady has irregular period intervals and periods that take abnormal time to finish.
I did some reading of my own and I was able to deduce that high level of hormones in the body(estrogen) are likely the major cause of this.
Fertility and conception is also mostly affected by the above said.
My question to the pink handles and the relevant medical expertise in the village:
1.What is the most favourable place or institution to seek medical advice or help?
2.Is this condition sth that can be self treated or a doctor should be involved?
Your help and feedback is appreciated.
Asiiii? ati “I have come across a lady” alafu mambo ya period.kama si bibi yako or GF why care?
A lady could be my wife, my girlfriend, my brother’s wife or any close or any random person that I have interest in or I care about and that is why am trying to look for a solution here. If you have suggestions kindly provide some here.

If you are the rider, an accident could happen at any time. Wear a safety helmet at all times no matter how favorable the conditions might look. Second, seek advice from any general practitioner, you will get further directions from there.

Self treatable is a phrase you should be very afraid of… take her to a hospital.

Mwambie huyo atafute gynecologist mzuri na afuatilie maagizo. She should avoid use of medication without a prescription from her gynecologist. Misuse of contraceptives is often the greatest culprit, though by no means the only one.

Daktari, shukran kwa maagizo yako. Could you be kind enough and give reference to a good gyno. I will pass this info to the affected party.
Sti’s also cause that problem and most commonly Chlamydia. Get screened for sti’s both of you.
