Itumbi had his own self built network from his days of amateur strategy of 2011 that started at Facebook. At State House 2013-2017 he refined it to professional network. Not an easy organisational feat considering it’s purely voluntary. When he was removed at State House in 2018 he went with the whole PSCU to Harambee House Annex to join Tallam and met another network. This one was more discrete under DP. Here it was a match made in heaven. Every ward, constituency and county network under careful management of Chirchir.
