I am curious to understand something.
There is an underage (18yrs and below) who was test HIV and came to be positive. The guys who did the test advised him akue ana dungwa sindano monthly, since her virus wasn’t that strong.
My questions is:
1.Can underage be tested and advised for medication without the parents consent?
2. Has the government enrolled injectable ARVs?

There are clear guidelines on HIV and ARV medications (for example https://www.kma.co.ke/images/HIV_Dosage/ARV_guidelines_2016.pdf ) and how they should be used on anyone who has been detected with the virus.
First, anyone who tests positive and confirmed to be positive are placed on ARV almost immediately. The ARVs that are given to these individuals are tablets (there are no injectables) with proper education on how and when to take the medicines. There is always constant follow ups through certain specific laboratory tests, to ensure that the drugs are working. All drugs are given free of charge (of course after paying the normal hospital fees) in government hospitals. Have the child enrolled in a government hospital for proper counselling and management…
Which hospital is that? It doesnt sound a legal one…There is no injectable ARVs…maybe, they are fleecing the client only for the client to be re tested after 4 months na kuambiwa ako negative. Advice them on visiting a govt hospital CCC ( Comprehensive Care Centre)
