Nakumbuka mzae wangu aliwahi nipeleka pale nyayo ward referal hospital eldoret. Kuna jamaa alikua policeman mombasa then he caught it, turned into full blown aids ndio ikabidi amerudi home. Alikua amevalishwa jackets na he was literally a skeleton in the bed. It really shook me. He died a few days later. This was a while ago.
2 years ago kuna mama flani pia, a distant relative. Tulikua tunaenda kumuona and she died literally as we were entering her ward with a cousin of mine. Tukiingia hivi tulikua tunaskia screams huko ndani kumbe ndio aliku amepass. God knows I am saying the truth. She also had HIV. She was also reduced to bones. Hii ugonjwa ni mbaya sana wadau. Inakumaliza style ingine, agonizing, horrible death. Imagine lying on the bed, people just coming to see you in hospital. I pity what these guys went through. Sexual immorality really leads to death and decay.

In primary school they have these magazines we were shown with gory pictures of aids infected people.. crazy wounds mpaka Kwa mjulus etc they worked wonders as they stuck in our heads. Ukiona
