DNA analysis of material believed to contain Adolf Hitler’s blood indicates the Nazi dictator likely had Kallmann Syndrome, a genetic condition that disrupts puberty and can cause undescended testicles and a micropenis. The findings, featured in the documentary “Hitler’s DNA: Blueprint of a Dictator,” also dismiss the long-held rumor that Hitler had Jewish ancestry, showing genetic consistency with his known male relatives.
Researchers say the condition may explain Hitler’s lifelong discomfort around women and lack of intimate relationships, while genetic markers also showed potential predispositions to bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and autism.
