Hisense TVs regional variants

I’m aware that Hisense TVs kuna variations with North American ones being the best but the rest of the world gets worse TVs (HDTVTEST really bitched about this one). As a consequence I’ve assumed the ones we get in Kenya are the same as the ones in Europe and relied on UK reviews for them. But recent;l I’ve just come across varying model numbers for the U7N… U7NKKEN in Kenya and U7NQTUK in the UK.

Looking at local listings and UK listings I see a lot of overlap in specs; Mini-LED, Quantum Dot, 144Hz. Would it then be reasonable to assume they are the same TV? If so this would be a good recommendation at that price 55@~75k and 65@~100k getting all the above features plus FALD. The only downsides I would then consider are vidaa os and the few number of dimming zones(240@55 and 384@65) leading to blooming and haloing. If they’re really the same then no TVs at that price compares kwa value

Tukubali TCL tu

Only thing I’m slightly worried about with hisense(or TCL) is quality control. But if your risk appetite is low just stick to mainstream/tier one brands kina Sony, lg, Samsung. The QC for US or Europe should be high cos those guys have very robust consumer protection laws and are quite litigious. Huku africa we live by faith, hope and grace

Kenya we get MEA Middle East and Africa variants when it comes to electronics
