Hii Wajir county imezidi

Kwani who lives there, hakuna watu wa kudemand haki zao, county still is the same as it were when their elected leaders used to cry foul over “being marginalised communities”…Aya,devolution ikakuja na watu wakagawiwa pesa yao,but wale wale leaders wakaepuka majukumu and everyday ni ohh…“we want more allocation”,na hata there’s nothing seen to be done by the already allocated funds.Na vile walalo huwa na mdomo kwa social media(especially wenye walisoma zaidi ya class 8) ,mbona hawapelekagi hiyo mdomo uko?jana there was a report of how 26 m zilinyweria ivo tu…and over years wamekuwa wakimulikwa but watu wanakula tu.

That is deliberate ,ndio watu wa mbuloti maguta maguta wasikuje kuuza mbuloti maguta maguta huko na kuleta their " cretins" huko kuharibu ma alshababes wao

Hio mbeca gafana ndio alikuwa amenyonya through his nephew .

not quite,FAILURE is FAILURE…i think what is deliberate here is the deliberate suppresiion of empowerment of the people especially knowledge-wise ndio status quo ibaki ivo

na electorate bado wanawarudishanga tu…huku pia kuna hiyo ufala ya negotiated democracy?

Let’s differentiate ,societal development , economic development, religious development , physical development may be placed differently among different tribes in Kenya,eg kikuyu may favour economic empowerment over say religious development .

Most of the NEP elites have more interest on Somalia and it’s prosperity than they do for Kenya (going by their social media utterances).

Religious development is not the mandate of the government.

I agree with you to some degree lakini hata katiba states clearly that Kenya is a religious state ,na hata kadhi court are paid for by the state among other religious institution that partners na government.
