They have more than the two thirds. Framers mistakenly thought they would not all band together against us one day

BBI was a referendum. This is in parliament

BBI passed parliament too but it was stopped dead in its tracks pale Subreme Coat.

They will have their say on this one too should they attempt any shenanigans on the constitution

It passed with a simple majority. With two thirds they don’t need referendum

Watu watarudi streets with a vengeance

I dont see it going through. In the event it does then the courts will step in as they did in BBI. No reason they cannot. If they killed BBI that was supported by the president, parliament and the opposition and the entire political class -hadi all county assemblies, they will surely find a reason to stop such a retrogressive amendment.

At this point it had entered up to the balls. Saa hii ni makende inskumwa iingie ndani. There’s nothing to fight for. Adani ashakula contract. Now only the sweet release snd the birth awaits us

Ni kama huwa unapata muscle pull ukitumia akili. BBI was an ordinary bill that passed with a simple majority using section 257 since luto and his goons held more than a third of the seats a combo of rift Valley and mountain MPs of central while uhuru had a minority of Central and ODM mps

This bill is using section 256 since the oompah loompahs hold more than two thirds of seats a combo of ODM, mount kenya, and Rift valley mps

Occupy parliament 2.0

Streets will be fire luo and kalenjingas cannot rule us as they want they want wakitutoa mezani tunavunja hiyo meza.
