Assuming the number of hustlers wa biashara ndogo ndogo are about 15 million (a very reasonable estimate going by the levels of unemployment in this country), it therefore means:
50,000,000,000 ÷ 15,000,000
It means each hustler will receive about ksh 3,333
Will this be enough to uplift the hustler business? Your guess is as good as mine.

A reasonable amount would be 1 Trillion, where each hustler would receive about 67k.

Actually if they give 500,000 “hustlers” capital ya 100k each, that is enough. In 10 years, wanakuwa wameinua 5 million hustlers 500,000 per year x 10. Shida ni tatu. Some people will start demanding for bigger allocations. Alafu some people just can’t run businesses. Na mwisho, this amounts to giving free capital to some people to compete with people who have gotten their capital the hard way… I don’t know about the fairness of it.

Ya Raila ni 6000ksh each to 2 million vulnerable families which translates to 12 billion in welfare handouts which is sustainable and would uplift a lot from abject poverty.
