Hi wadau, najua kwa wanaume its very hard to come in the public and accept that you have Hemorrhoids. Its some vein constrictions, ukienda washrooms at times its painful. (Anti Homo)
Any traditional remedies?

try this. when taking a shit using toilet seats have something to raise your legs to mimic squatting (like in the pit latrine). doesn’t eliminate the vein constriction but it won’t be raptured either.
