i used to work at a kbl depot for three years and after going for my annual leave i was sacked without a letter up to date. my last salary was freezed at equity bank pending an investigation which has never been concluded 3 months down the line. now i fear wasting my money and time reporting to labour offices, what is the best thing to do coz the boss doesnt pick my phone

1, get a friend who is a lawyer (since clearly cash is dwindling) and ask him to help you. unfortunately when systems are manipulated, it becomes difficult.
2, the word is frozen, not freezed.
3, being sacked without a letter is not a sacking. and how can they freeze your account without a court order? there are many loopholes here.
4, refer to point 1 which will help you with point 3.

Not kbl the company but a depot which are mostly owned by individuals thats why even procedure is not followed. He may not know about production but he may open a bar. Or he may have been in accounts where you learn nothing but deal in suffocating paperwork. Lousy job
