PKS4BC4701 Confirmed. Ksh xxxx received from yyyy phone no… On… Please withdraw the funds at any mpesa agent within 7 days failure to which the funds will be sent back to the sender.

How to withdraw?

Visit any Mpesa agent and show them the message, you will not initiate the withdrawal from your phone. There is a four digit code in the message that is used to initiate the withdrawal. There are no withdrawal charges from your end, all charges are paid by the sender.
