If you are an enthusiast of AliExpress, if you don’t mind the release dates of a smartphone, I would suggest that you immerse yourself in that village and I promise that you will come out with a very respectful 2016/2017 flagship at immensely reduced prices. There are the likes of the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, Galaxy Note 5, etc.

I don’t think band 28 should matter that much when you’re deciding on the phone to purchase. You’ll compromise so much for cheaper bundles yet you can’t do much with your phone.
Exynos 7870 is slower than 625,so if you’re after performance all thru,636 is the best for almost the same price.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is the king for 800/- more on Jumia.
