Seriously the witnesses said clearly the engine and rotors stopped working and the helicopter fell like a stone from the sky. What is so difficult to understand? A helicopter that was very loud went suddenly quiet, rotor stopped spinning and fell from the sky. So hii upusi ya rotor speed and retinas inakujia wapi?

Nope. They said the helicopter stalled and the pilot tries to stabilize it. To their eyes, the rotors stopped moving. The chopper couldn’t lifted without rotors turning. And there’s no way for rotors to stop rotating instantaneously unless something blocks them externally.
