Over the last one week, US authorities have ordered all hotels in the country to be on red alert and screen everybody including Presidents and Deputy Presidents.
This is after Sunday’s bombings where 29 people were injured after terrorists planted bombs in different places in New York and New Jersey.
And btw what is so hard in letting them frisk you? Sio ety utaambiwa utoe viatu or something similar, but nooooo your pride tells you you’re the dp of Kenya so you won’t accept. As a leader you lead from the front, if there’s a security threat you should be the first one to accept the new security measures. Kama ingekua Obama what would have he done? Accept being frisked and make a joke out of it. But noooooo you’re a deputy president :D. My friend (ruto’s accent) the gdp of Texas, is bigger than that of Kenya, so meza ujeuri yako

It might even have been a set up to embarrase him. How would they feel if it was Ruto who did the same to Joe Biden in Kenya. This an insult to the people of the republic of kenya whom he represents. He did the right thing by refusing to be frisked
Nonsense, Kenya’s economy is so miniscule and inconsequential to the world. He’s no different from any other person there who was humble enough to follow proceedings. In the case of Biden, it’s different. America is a superpower while Kenya, UG and TZ budget combined is less than Harvard University’s budget per year.

It is not all about money my friend, it is about respect. He is a leader and represents a country, did you see any african leader saluting zakabaga the birrionea. And if kanya economy is minscule and inconsequential why do their leaders come here to do. You have a very low self esteem
