I’d love to hear how you use it! I’m still experimenting and would love more ideas. I saw someone mention barley powder and it reminded me of something I recently tried—Barley Grass Juice Powder (the organic kind). I’ve been mixing it into my smoothies, and it’s surprisingly good!

I was skeptical at first because, let’s be real, not all healthy things taste great. But this one has a nice, mild flavor that doesn’t overpower the other ingredients. Plus, it gives me a bit of an energy boost in the afternoons. Have any of you tried it before?
